Founder & CEO
As Founder and CEO, Rose leads Chaperon Health Group with a focus on healthcare strategy, executive advisory, interim leadership, organizational performance, and transformation. She brings a systems-level perspective to helping leaders translate complex priorities into practical, sustainable results.
Clinical Advisor
Dr. Yvena Fevry is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical and healthcare leadership experience. She currently practices with Signify Health, delivering in-home, value-based patient care, and continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve, where she leads quality improvement initiatives and healthcare regulatory compliance across military medical operations.
Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, psychiatric and addiction care, and pediatric and adult primary care, built through roles at Jackson Health System, Lackland Air Force Base, and the Mandala Healing Center. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Barry University and a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from Florida State University.
Dr. Fevry is also the owner of FamCare Medical Center, where she brings the same clinical rigor and patient-centered approach to primary care delivery. At Chaperon Health Group, she contributes frontline healthcare delivery, behavioral health, and regulatory compliance expertise. A U.S. Army veteran, she brings a rare combination of military discipline, clinical depth, and executive healthcare leadership to every engagement.
